I am Hiroshi Fujiwara in Kyoto University, a new secretary of EASIAM in the current term.
I am writing to inform that the deadline of EASIAM Student Paper Prize (SPP) is extended to *** March 22, 2019 ***.
(It was originally March 15.)
Here is a brief instruction for submission.
All applicants have to send (1)--(3) to officers by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org)
(1) short vitae (which contains applicant's name, affiliation, e-mail address, and publication list)
(2) the complete paper
(3) the evaluation letter of (2) (from his/her advisor)

Future schedule is:
March 22: submission deadline
March 23: applicant information is transferred to selection committee members
April 12: evaluation deadline (votes)
Based on evaluations, three students will be selected as winners. They are supposed to give a talk in SPP session in EASIAM2019.
Other applicants are informed that they present their talks in relevant sessions.
Thus, all the applicants are expected to complete the registration of the conference (regardless of the results).
The results are also informed to local organizers to ensure their presentation time slots.
